Been working on this one for a few months and finally finished it! Love everything I have read thus far by Doreen Virtue!! In this book, you get taken on a journey of Doreen’s life and how she came to be a Healer. Then she goes on to explain how to awaken your own Spiritual power and specifically how to use it. Very insightful and informative!

Ahhhh when I got to the end of this I felt like I had already read it (better check old book lists). I’ve said it multiple times – you just can’t go wrong with a Connelly book! This one is about a reporter, Jack McEvoy, whose brother is murdered. He pieces together the profile of the serial killer: he targets homicide cops who are obsessed with one of their unsolved cases, then leaves them a calling card – a quote from Edgar Allen Poe’s poetry. As Jack gets closer to the killer, he realizes he might be the next victim!

I think this is my second Cherry Adair novel. It is about an agent, Caleb, who is on the hunt for a terrorism financier via way of his daughter. I do like that it dealt with a top-secret paranormal unit, however I couldn’t quite get into it.

I haven’t read Grisham in a long time! Great read! A billionaire leaves everything to an illegitimate daughter no one knew about. Rachel, though, is a Missionary in the jungles of Brazil and doesn’t want to be found. The firm sends Nate to find her. Nate is recently out of rehab and has a few demons of his own to conquer.

This is a great book that is easy and fast to read, yet is packed full of powerful insight. Basically, to find out anything about your life that you want to know, all you need to do is ASK! Put the question out there and the Universe will provide the answer! Of course there are things like grounding yourself when you ask, everything for your Highest good and our dearest friend Patience! Other than that – sit back and relax and let it all unfold before your eyes!

Connelly is my favorite author to take on vacation with me because I know it will be an easy, inviting read.

The Brass Verdict reunites us with Mickey Haller from The Lincoln Lawyer. Mickey has just taken a year off from his last case and post-case shooting when a fellow attorney is killed, leaving his entire case load to Mickey. One of the cases is a doozie – a double murder by an accused Hollywood producer. During the course of trial preparation, Mickey realizes there is more to the case than meets the eye. He teams up with our favorite detective Harry Bosch to try and figure it out together.

Fun read about a family match-making business based on the father’s ability to see the clients auras. When the father has a heart attack and heads off to relax for two weeks, he leaves his daughter Lucy in charge of the business, much to her dismay. You see, Lucy does not have the family “vision” for matching by seeing auras…she can only find lost objects! When she shakes her clients hand she sees a missing engagement ring on the body of a dead woman! Lucy begins her own investigation to piece together the murder and in the course discovers her intuitive skills are more than she realizes!

Another great book by Michael Connelly! His mysteries never disappoint. When Henry Pierce moves into his new apartment his new phone number has multiple messages for a girl named Lilly. Men are calling wondering where she is, wanting to make an appointment with her. Henry takes it upon himself to start investigating. What starts out as a somewhat innocent search becomes a bunch of Twists and turns!!
